Wildvine
Wildvine is a plant like alien. He has limbs that can stretch and grow back when cut off. He can also grow thorns from his body. He also carries regrowable bio frag grenades. He has sharp claws and can stick to almost any surface with them.
Cannonbolt
Cannonbolt is an alien called Arburian Pelarota. He has an indestructible shell that is impervious to attacks and can reflect energy attacks. He can also cover himself up in a shell and roll at high speeds. He doesn't even lose momentum when he hits things. He can also hold people when he goes into a shell. Cannonbolt has bad balance when standing up.
Stinkfly
Stinkfly is a bug like alien called a Lepidopterran from the planet Lepidopterra. He is an expert flier in this form and can fly very acrobatically and fast thanks to his thin wings. He can lift very heavy things while flying, but he can't fly as fast. He has 6 legs like pincers and a razor like tail. He can see all around him thanks to his 4 eye stalks that can turn all around. He can shoot different slimes and toxins that can all do different things. He can also stick to slanted surfaces. He is weak against water and certain gasses if they get in his wings. When that happens he is unable to fly.
Ripjaw
Ripjaw is an aquatic alien called Pisccis Volann from Pisccis who is better off in the water than on land. He can still be in land, but he doesn't walk very well and if his gills aren't kept wet he will rapidly dehydrate. He can breath underwater, and when in water his feet turn into a big fin. He can also see in dark because of the luminesent dangler that hangs on his forehead. He is a very fast swimmer and has a very powerful bite and very sharp teeth.
Grey Matter
Grey Matter is an alien called Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime. They are only five onches tall and are really smart. In this form Ben has increased intellegence which allows him to understand almost all technology instantly. He can even control robots if he gets close enough to mess with there wiring. Robots aren't the only thing Grey Matter can control. He can also control humans if he can get close enough to press the right pressure points. He can respond quickly in whatever environment he is in. Also, because he is so small, he can squeeze through small spaces. He also has very sticky skin which allows him to climb up almost any surface. He can jum several times his own height and has sharp teeth for biting. because he is so small he can't fight very well.
Ghostfreak
Ghostfreak is a ghost like alien called an Ectonurite from the planet Anur Phaetos. He is made out of a material called protoplasm that allows him to change his density, giving him a lot of ghost like powers including becoming invisible and being able to go through walls. He can also fly(but not as good as Stinkfly). He also has one eye that he can position anywhere on his body as long as it stays on the black lines on his body. He can also open up his stomach revealing inards that are presumed to be totally disgusting. If he is in the sunlight or is sprayed with certain chemicals Ghostfreaks protoplasm becomes solidified which causes him to not be able to control the density of himself.
Fourarms
Fourarms is from a race of alien called Tetramands from Khoros. In this form Ben stands 12 feet tall. He is very strong and his skin is like armor. He has high endurance and can leap far distances. He can also create a sonic boom by clapping all fourarms together at once. He can also jump great distances. He is extremely slow and clumsy because he is so huge.
Diamondhead
Diamondhead comes from a race called Petrosapien who live on the planet Petropia. Diamondhead has a Diamond-like body that is harder than diamond
which blocks most physical and projectile attacks. He is almost invulnerable. He can turn his body parts into crude, sharp tools and weapons. He can reflect both beam and light weapons. He can also shoot little sharp shards made out of the same material that he is. He can even grow the same material over other objects. He can also regrow parts of him that are cut off when in this form. Sonic based attacks shatter his body, and it is very hard to pick up things in this form without slicing them.
Wildmut
From a species called Vulpamancers who are from the planet Vulpin. More animal than human, Wildmut can swing around and do stuff a lot more athletic than a normal human could do. He has super human hearing and smelling. He can also shoot quills from his back. The only problem is he can't talk or see.
Heatblast
An alien who live on a sun called Pyronite instead of a planet. His race of aliens are Pyros. He can shoot fire from his eyes, hands and mouth. He can also throw or roll fireballs. He can absorb fire so he can stop a fire almost as quickly as he can start one. Anything that can put out a fire can put him out in this form. He can also shoot flames down to help him jump higher or slow a fall. He can also hover obove the ground on a column like a surfboard. He can also travel short distances in a vortex of fire. He can also create a smokescreen if needed for escape. If Ben is sick Heatblast will have the power of ice instead of heat.
XLR8
XLR8 is an alien called Kineceleran from the planet Kinet. His name is pro
nounced accelerate. He is dinosaur like and very fast. He can go to speeds up to 300 miles an hour in this form. He has very fast reflexes and can run on almost any surface. He can also manipulate friction. Because of all this he is a very quick fighter. Magnetic attacks make his nervous system go crazy. He isn't as strong as any of the other forms, except for Grey Matter, but his sped makes up for it.
Upgrade
A machine-like-alien called Galvan Mecha-Morph from Galvan B can go into any electronic device and upgrade it making it far better than it could ever be. He can also fire positronic energy blasts from his one eye. Acids and metal dissolvers dissolve him and electromagnetic pulses knock him out in this form. He can also create hard light objects out of positronic energy. He can also stretch his body when falling which allows him to float.
Grandpa Max
Max is Ben and Gwen's Grandfather. He picked up Ben and Gwen on the last day of school for a fun packed summer. Max used to be in a group called the plumbers who dealt with what nobody else would deal like aliens and things like that. This is why he wasn't totally freaked out when he found out that Ben got superpowers. He didn't tell anybody about it until episode 13 "Secrets".
Gwen (Gwendolyn) Tennyson
Gwen is Ben's older cousin along for the summer with Grandpa Max, and Ben. She is always fighting with Ben kind of like a brother and sister do. She is usually the level headed one, trying to make Ben stop and think before rushing into action. Even though Ben and Gwen fight a lot, Gwen can be a great help to Ben. She can also fight pretty good too. It is later foud out she can fight good because she is part of her schools jujitsu class.
Ben (Benjamen) Tennyson
Ben Tennyson is like any other ten year old kid. He likes video games, riding his bike, and is even afraid of clowns. He looks forward to his trip with his Grandpa Max during summer vacation. He finds out that his older cousin Gwen is coming along on the trip. After moping for a whole day
